Internally threaded sleeve which can be incorporated into, i.e. bonded into, a dental prosthetic bar, bridge or crown block. The sleeve has a smooth outer wall and an inner thread, which extends along the entire height of the sleeve. An abutment screw (i.e. a screw that connects the bar, bridge or crown block to the dental implant) engages in this inner thread, such that the sleeve is firmly connected to the abutment screw over the entire height of the bar, bridge or crown block.
