The present invention relates to conjugates for treating neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. The conjugate comprises of nanoparticles as core and at least one acetylcholinesterase inhibitors as a shell. AChE inhibitor is coated on the nanoparticles and directly binds with the nanoparticles.
