METHOD FOR TREATING SURFACE OF METAL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MATERIAL, WHICH FORMS ALUMINUM EQUIAXED GRAIN STRUCTURE, THROUGH CVD PROCESS, AND METAL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MATERIAL SURFACE-TREATED USING SAME
The present invention relates to a method for treating a surface of a metal interior and exterior material, which forms an aluminum equiaxed grain structure, through a CVD process, and a metal interior and exterior material surface-treated using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for treating a surface of a metal interior and exterior material, comprising the steps of: forming a thin film layer of an equiaxed grain structure by coating aluminum (Al)-based metal on a surface of a metal interior and exterior material; forming an anodic oxide film layer by anodizing the surface on which the thin film layer is formed; and coloring a dye on the anodic oxide film layer and sealing the same, wherein the thin film of the equiaxed grain structure is formed through a CVD process. According to the present invention, it is possible to uniformly form a thin film layer of an equiaxed grain structure at a temperature less than two-thirds of the melting point of aluminum through a CVD process, thereby reducing a burden of a production facility at the same time as reducing thermal deformation of a base material and raising economical efficiency.
