METHOD FOR DETECTING MITOCHONDRIA DAMAGE OF EPITHELIAL CELLS OF BRONCHIA/LUNG

A method for detecting the mitochondria damage of epithelial cells of bronchia/lung. The method is a detection method of detecting free ferrous protoporphyrin in sputum cells and then qualitatively determining whether mitochondria of epithelial cells of bronchia and lung are damaged. The method comprises the following detection steps: adding sputum into a sample bottle into which sample liquid is added in advance, and uniformly mixing the sputum and the sample liquid, wherein the volume of the sputum is 5-10 ml, the sample liquid in the sample bottle is ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium standard liquid, the volume of the liquid is 5 ml, and the concentration of the ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium standard liquid is 0.02 mol/L; adding 1 ml of a reagent A and 1 ml of a reagent B into the sample bottle in sequence; uniformly mixing, observing the color change within 2 minutes, and comparing a detection result with a shade guide. The detection method is simple, quick and practicable and has extremely high sensitivity.
