Provided is an LED energy-saving lamp light-source module, comprising: a sealed translucent tube (1), a lamp core base (2) arranged on the translucent tube (1), an LED light-emitting strip (3) fixed to the lamp core base (2) located inside the translucent tube (1), and a heat-transferring protective gas filling the interior of the translucent tube (1); the lamp core base (2) is provided with a connecting filament (21); the electrode (34) of the LED light-emitting strip (3) is provided with at least one connection hole (4); the connecting filament (21) passes through the connection hole (4) and electrically connects the lamp core base (2) to the LED light-emitting strip (3). During manufacture, a connection hole (4) is first provided on both the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the LED light-emitting strip (3); then, the connecting filament (21) is passed through the connection hole (4) and wound around and bonded to the LED light-emitting strip (3), connecting the LED light-emitting strip to the lamp core base (2); next, the LED light-emitting strip is pushed into the translucent tube (1), causing the lamp core base (2) to just seal the opening section of the translucent tube (1); lastly, the lamp core base (2) is sintered at the opening section of the translucent tube (1); during sintering and under the influence of high temperature, silver paste melts and fills the area between the electrodes of the connecting filament (21) and the LED light-emitting strip (3), resulting in intimate contact between the connecting filament (21) and the LED light-emitting strip (3).
