The present invention increases the desire of a user to perform a user input operation pertaining to income or expenses in an online household account book. A cloud system (10) provides an online household account book service to users (U1, U2, U3, and the like) who use communication terminals (T1, T2, T3, and the like). When a user enters an input pertaining to income in the online household account book, user input information expressing the input content is transmitted to a cloud system (10) and stored therein. When it reaches midnight, the cloud system (10) imparts points to the users for which input information received during the previous one day has been saved. As a result, users are capable of obtaining points if they use the online household account book at least once per day; hence, the desire of the user to use the online household account book increases.
