The purpose of the present invention is to recycle a gelatin net to be generated in a capsule gelatin preparation process and, particularly, to extract high-purity gelatin by removing an additive contained in the gelatin net, particularly, the color, thereby allowing the same to be recycled as a material for preparing a gelatin capsule. To this end, the present invention filters foreign matters while sequentially using general filtration, microfiltration and ultrafiltration methods after passing the same through a washing step for pretreatment and a dissolving step for dissolving the washed gelatin scraps in a solvent; removes a color-inducing material in an ion separation step; and uses a concentration and drying step.
