A green and low-carbon five-ring intelligent parking lot comprises a multilayered main structure (1) that is built underground. Concentric and rotatable ring-shaped parking spaces (5) are arranged on each layer of the main structure (1). Elevator shafts (4) are arranged in the center of the rings and on the periphery of the outermost ring. A lifting device (2) is mounted inside each elevator shaft (4). An intelligent automatic moving vehicle (3) is arranged on the lifting device (2). A rain shed (8) and a garage access platform (7) are arranged at the upper end of the elevator shaft (4). A card reading device (6) of a control system is arranged beside the garage access platform (7).
