The present invention relates to a taxi platform operation method capable of inducing vigorous business activity by reducing the number of unnecessarily waiting vehicles, solving passenger inconvenience by preventing vehicle vacancies at a platform zone, and reducing the waste of resources such as fuel waste according to the return of vehicles to the platform, the method comprising: an entry order request reception step (P210) in which a central control server receives a platform entry order request from a platform server; an entry order allocation step (P220) in which the central control server allocates an entry order for each platform on the basis of the received platform entry order request; a vehicle call step (P230) in which the central control server calls a vehicle of which the turn has come; a vehicle entry checking step (P240) in which the central control server checks an entry completion of the called vehicle from the platform server; a vehicle exit checking step (P250) in which the central control server checks an exit of the vehicle from the platform server; and a non-entry vehicle checking step (P260) in which the central control server checks whether there is a platform non-entry vehicle and proceeds back to the entry order allocation step (P220) if there is a non-entry vehicle.
