Provided are a data link generating device, a data link generating method, a data link structure, and an electronic file which facilitate understanding of the relevance between a hyperlink jump destination and anchor information, and with which it is possible to achieve an improvement in work efficiency.A name of each item of anchor information (32) included in a data link group (31) comprises: a sort control region in which a reference code employs numbers, characters or symbols, or a combination thereof, which become larger in the order of insertion, starting from a top page of an electronic file (5A); and a meaning control region which follows the sort control region, and which employs numbers, characters or symbols, or a combination thereof, related to the electronic file (5A) or corresponding to the configuration of content contained in the electronic file (5A). Hyperlinks are generated in certain regions in the electronic file (5A) on the basis of the items of anchor information (32).
