Disclosed are a method, device and system for realizing the intelligentizion of an optical network. The method comprises: acquiring a connection relationship between ports of a distribution module, wherein electronic tag carriers corresponding to the ports of the distribution module are arranged in the distribution module; generating electronic tags for the ports of the distribution module according to the connection relationship between the ports of the distribution module; and writing, by a control management module, the electronic tags into corresponding electronic tag carriers. In the solution, the traditional optical distribution network is reformed and upgraded, electronic tag carriers are added for ports at an optical distribution frame, a fiber distribution terminal, a fiber access terminal, etc., and port connection relationships are written into the electronic tag carriers after being electronized.
