The invention relates to a system for introducing mechanical counter vibrations into a rotating rotor shaft of a turbine, comprising: - at least one measurement unit configured to detect mechanical vibrations of the rotor shaft and to generate vibration signals which correspond to the detected mechanical vibrations; - at least one bearing unit that can be arranged on the rotor shaft and comprises at least one inner ring that guides the rotor shaft and at least one outer ring that radially and externally surrounds said inner ring; - at least two actuators that can be arranged so as to be peripherally offset around the rotor shaft and can be actuated individually, each actuator being connected to both the inner ring and the outer ring, said actuators being arrangeable relative to the rotor shaft such that they allow forces to be introduced into the inner ring in the radial direction; and - at least one open and/or closed-loop control unit that is configured to receive the vibration signals, to actuate the actuators individually, and to actuate said actuators individually as a function of the received vibration signals such that the mechanical vibrations of the rotor shaft are at least partially reduced.
