The machine-readable label may be scanned by the prospective customer's mobile computing device to initiate communication between the mobile computing device and a reservation system. The customer may thereafter submit contact information and information regarding the travel offer to the reservation system. A travel dossier is generated with the received information and is queued for later review by a travel agent. The travel agent may thereafter review the travel dossier and adequately prepare to discuss the original travel offer and any alternative or substitute travel offers during a personal interaction with the customer.
