A feedforward-and-feedback-combined noise cancellation earphone and a drive circuit thereof. The earphone comprises a left ear protrusion room (51) and a right ear protrusion room (52). A speaker (511, 521), a feedback microphone (510, 520) and a drive circuit board (513, 523) comprising a drive circuit are disposed in a housing of each of the left ear protrusion room (51) and the right ear protrusion room (52). The outer side of the housing is fixedly provided with a feedforward microphone (512, 522). The feedforward microphone (512, 522), the feedback microphone (510, 520) and the speaker (511, 521) are connected to the drive circuit board (513, 523). The drive circuit boards are disposed in the ear protrusion rooms, and therefore a connection line from the microphone to an ANC device is shortened, introduction of a new noise signal is avoided, a connection line from an audio amplifier to the speaker is shortened, signal attenuation and distortion are avoided, wiring of the drive circuit is simplified, and the size and the weight of a control assembly are greatly reduced.
