A device and a method for providing information on products in offline stores are disclosed. Information on an available product and information on an available offline store stocking the available product among one or more offline stores can be provided by: receiving an information request message and obtaining a list of products stocked in the one or more offline stores on the basis of product information included in the message; and inspecting the list by inspection items generated based on the product information and extracting the available product from the products. As information on available products significantly dealt with is built using product information registered in a database according to search requests by users, sellers can efficiently plan product promotion and sales strategies using the information on the available products. Also, available stores, which deal with the products being searched as products for sale, can be determined from among the offline stores on the basis of information related to product payment and information related to the offline stores received by the product information provision device, and an adjacent offline store located in a predetermined distance range based on a user device can be determined from among the available stores. Accordingly, a user can receive information on products available offline and information on estimated amounts to be paid for the products based on personal payment information on the users.
