Methods, systems, and computer readable media for predicting high- dose positron emission tomography (PET) values and/or images are disclosed. A method for predicting and generating a high-dose PET image is performed at a prediction node including at least one computing processor, and includes extracting appearance features from at least one magnetic resonance (MR) image, extracting appearance features from at least one low-dose PET image, and generating a high-dose PET image using the appearance features of the at least one MR image and the at least one low- dose PET image.
