Disclosed are an information visualization method and intelligent visible analysis system based on textual resume information. The method comprises: 1) conducting an experience level quantification calculation on experience information in each textual resume information to obtain growth track sequence data, and visualizing the data; 2) conducting a correlation calculation on selected growth tracks of multiple pieces of textual resume information to obtain a potential social relationship between textual resumes, and visualizing the potential social relationship as a social network; 3) based on the potential social relationship between the resumes, converting resumes having intersecting units into an organizational hierarchy of the units of corresponding people, and visualizing the organizational hierarchy as an organized structure. The present invention obtains a personal spatiotemporal growth experience represented by the resume via data mining and information visualization techniques, thus discovering a potential social relationship between people, reconstructing an organizational hierarchy between people, and obtaining a group growth model and a deep understanding of a social relationship.
