Provided are a data reading/writing method of a dual-system terminal and a dual-system terminal. The dual-system terminal comprises: an area partition module used for partitioning a data storage area in the dual-system terminal into a secure storage area and an ordinary storage area according to a pre-set rule, an area mounting module used for mounting the secure storage area and the ordinary storage area under a safety system and for mounting the ordinary storage area under an ordinary system; and an instruction receiving module used for receiving an operation instruction of a user for performing data reading and writing in the secure storage area and the ordinary storage area under a secure system; or used for receiving an operation instruction of the user for performing the data reading and writing in the ordinary storage area under an ordinary system. The solution solves the problem in the dual-system terminal that since important content of a secure system can also be read and written on an ordinary system, the privacy data is likely to be leaked, and the problem that the data in a dual-system terminal is likely to be leaked is prevented.
