An intelligent management and control device and method for a new energy power station concentration area, which achieve intelligent management, access stability control and energy optimization control on a new energy power station. The intelligent management comprises area centralized management and intelligent planning and deployment integrated management, so as to achieve orderly management of the new energy power station; the access stability control avoids a potential safety hazard on stable operation of a power grid brought by the volatility and randomness of new energy; and the energy optimization control adopts a time-division energy control policy and a real-time closed-loop error correction technology to achieve the ideal effect of peak clipping and valley filling. An integrated implementation technology not only reduces the number of devices, reduces costs and is economical and environmentally friendly, but also achieves data, information and calculation results sharing among different functions and achieves optimization control, which has significance in guaranteeing stable operation of a power grid and energy optimization control, and has a good application prospect.
