An imaging joining device (1) equipped with: a motion vector detection unit (11) for detecting a motion vector between a plurality of images; a motion compensation unit (12) for generating a motion-compensated image by subjecting an image to a correction compensating for a positional difference between a plurality of images, by using the motion vector; a difference determination unit (13) for selecting one of the plurality of images, and determining whether or not the difference value between adjacent pixels in the selected image is at or above a prescribed value; an overwriting unit (15) for overwriting another image with the selected image in a region where the difference value between adjacent pixels in the selected image is at or above the prescribed value; and a mixing unit (16) for locally mixing the selected image and the other image with one another in a region where the difference value between adjacent pixels in the selected image is below the prescribed value.
