Provided is a paliperidone oral controlled-release tablet, comprising: a single-layer tablet core containing paliperidone, a first coating layer and a second coating layer coating the single-layer tablet core to control release of medication and formed by one or more coating polymers, and a third outer protective coating layer formed by optional one or more coating polymers. Also provided is a preparation method of the paliperidone oral controlled-release tablet. The present invention controls the release of the paliperidone via a method combining two controlled-release mechanisms, namely, a gel framework mechanism and a membrane-controlled coating mechanism, has a simple manufacturing process, and does not utilize an organic solvent in a manufacturing process, thus being environmentally friendly, and facilitating industrial production.
