LEAD PASTE DESULFURIZATION METHOD BASED ON GRINDING MECHANISM

A lead paste desulfurization method based on a grinding mechanism comprises: fully stirring lead paste slurry and a desulfurization agent in a stirring tank, pumping the slurry in the stirring tank and enabling the slurry to flow through a grinding and desulfurization apparatus for a desulfurization reaction, and enabling the slurry to be circulated between the stirring tank and the grinding and desulfurization apparatus; and carrying out pressure filtering of the desulfurized slurry by using a pressure filter so as to obtain a filter cake, and enabling the filter cake to enter a smelting stage, and purifying and then crystallizing an obtained sodium sulfate solution and an obtained ammonium sulfate solution, so as to obtain a sodium sulfate production and an ammonium sulfate product. The method has a fast desulfurization speed, a good desulfurization effect and stable operation.
