The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lens barrel, a camera main body, and a photographing device, wherein mode of manual focusing can be easily switched.A lens barrel (12) is provided with a photographing optical system (26), a first operation ring (27), a second operation ring (28), and first and second sensors (29, 30). The first sensor (29) detects the rotation, rotation quantity, and rotation direction of the first operation ring (27). The second sensor (30) detects the angular position of the second operation ring (28). The photographing optical system (26) includes a focusing lens (55). A camera main body (11) is provided with a main body control unit (60). The main body control unit (60) selectively executes: first manual focusing mode, in which the focusing lens (55) is moved corresponding to the rotation direction and the rotation quantity detected by means of the first sensor (29); and second manual focusing mode, in which the focusing lens (55) is moved corresponding to the angular position detected by means of the second sensor (30).
