The present invention relates to a bioenergy production apparatus using a regenerated acid solution, and a method for producing the bioenergy, and comprises: a pretreatment tank for extracting a sugar component from biomass by stirring the biomass and a first acid solution; a saccharification tank for producing an acid saccharification solution by diluting a mixture of the pretreatment tank by adding water thereto and then saccharifying the diluted product; a first sugar/acid separation tank for separating a second acid solution and a first saccharification solution from the acid saccharification solution; a second sugar/acid separation tank for separating a third acid solution and a second saccharification solution from the first saccharification solution; a fermentation tank for preparing bioenergy by fermenting the second saccharification solution; and an acid solution concentration tank for increasing the concentration of the acid solutions by distillation in order to reuse each of the second acid solution and the third acid solution separated from the first sugar/acid separation tank and the second sugar/acid separation tank, and thus the production amount of bioalcohol, which is bioenergy, is large since a sugar yield is high even if various types of biomass are used, and a high concentration of an acid solution can be recovered since an acid solution used in a reaction passes through the sugar/acid separation tanks and the acid solution concentration tank.
