Disclosed are a manufacturing device for wheel/worm gears and the corresponding processing method for wheel/worm gears. The manufacturing device for wheel/worm gears comprises a machine frame (100), wherein the machine frame (100) is provided with a power device, a lathe cutter (700), a clamp (800) and a control system, and the machine frame (100) is also provided with a milling cutter (300) and a transmission mechanism (310) for transmitting power to the milling cutter (300), and the device is capable of synchronously completing gear cutting and milling processes on the same equipment without occupying too much space. The integrated processing method for gears greatly improves the manufacturing and processing efficiency of gears and thus lowers the gear manufacturing cost.
