The mobile terminal comprises: an image processing module, configured to, when it is identified that a preview picture is fixed in a maintenance condition for more than a pre-set time, store the preview picture as a pre-shot photo, acquire location information about an image collecting area corresponding to the pre-shot photo, send the pre-shot photo and location information corresponding thereto to a photo recommendation server, and receive a reference composition photo recommended by the photo recommendation server; a display module, configured to display the pre-shot photo stored by the image processing module and the reference composition photo recommended by the photo recommendation server with a pre-determined display mode; and a shooting module, configured for shooting referring to the reference composition photo recommended by the photo recommendation server.
