An integrated column-equipped heat insulation wallboard, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the wallboard are concrete layers (10), the wallboard has a glass fiber network (5) and a reinforcement network (6) inside. And the middle layer of the wallboard is an insulating layer (11). Two reinforcement networks (6) are connected by oblique cutting reinforcements passing through the insulating layer (11). Grooves (4) of wallboard and reinforcement splices (3) are provided on the four sides of the wallboard. In process of manufacturing the wallboard, firstly, pillar reinforcing cages and reinforcement networks of the integrated column-equipped heat insulation wallboard are manufactured respectively, and are connected by reinforcements; secondly, the lower concrete layer (10), the insulating layer (11) and the upper concrete layer (10) are manufactured in sequence. The integrated column-equipped heat insulation wallboard and the manufacturing and building process thereof have a simple process. Furthermore, materials and energy can be saved.
