The present invention relates to a mold assembly provided with a gap maintaining member easily coupled thereto and separated therefrom and, more specifically, to a mold assembly provided with a gap maintaining member easily coupled thereto and separated therefrom, comprising: a gap maintaining member penetrating one pair of mold panels forming a space, into which concrete is poured, and having exposure parts to be exposed to the outer surfaces of the mold panels; joist members connected to the outer surfaces of the mold panels and provided with support holes by which the exposure parts are supported; and wedge members penetrating all of the slit grooves formed on the joint members and the slit holes formed in the exposure parts, so as to fix the gap maintaining member to the joist members, wherein, during the mounting operation of the gap maintaining member, the gap maintaining member is inserted into the joist members, and then the wedge members are hit and fitted such that the mounting is finished, and thus the mounting work is simple and convenient, thereby improving workability. In addition, the structure of the gap maintaining member is simplified, thereby facilitating the manufacturing thereof, reducing manufacturing costs and increasing productivity.
