To carry out efficient diagnostic job generation, provided is a diagnostic job generating system, comprising: a diagnostic model generating unit (112) which generates a plurality of diagnostic models (Md) corresponding to types by generating combinations of diagnostic processing units (Sw) formed from a plurality of processes and generating a plurality of common conditions (Pc) which can be applied to devices (2) of the same type; a diagnostic trial run unit (113) and a diagnostic performance determination unit (114) which extract, from the plurality of generated diagnostic models (Md), the diagnostic model (Md) with the highest diagnostic performance; and a diagnostic job generating unit (115) which, by applying individual conditions (Pm) of each of the devices (2) to the extracted diagnostic model (Md), generates a diagnostic job (122) for each of the devices (2).
