A pharmaceutical composition for treating deficiency of the kidney and a preparation method therefor. The pharmaceutical composition is prepared by using the following raw materials: 30 to 50 parts of cinnamon, 30 to 50 parts of platycladi seed, 30 to 50 parts of fried peach kernel, 30 to 50 parts of fructus cnidii, 20 to 40 parts of cuscuta chinensis, 20 to 40 parts of atractylodes lancea, 20 to 40 parts of tuckahoe and 10 to 30 parts of acorus gramineus, wherein the raw materials may further comprise 20 to 40 parts of cinnamon and 10 to 30 parts of eucommia.
