synchronizing a wireless device with a network node by: receiving a radio subframe transmitted from the network node comprising a first and second Primary Synchronization Signals (PSS), each associated with an own Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols and respectively paired with a first and a second Secondary Synchronization Signals (SSS) also each associated with an own OFDM symbol; detecting at least one of the first and the second PSS within the radio subframe and detecting at least one of the first and the second SSS within the radio subframe; and determining system information associated with the network node based on the detected at least one PSS and the detected at least one SSS.
