This command execution control system (1) includes: a plurality of command storage units (22) that output commands, on a first-in first-out basis, to each of a plurality of command execution units that execute commands; a command control unit (20) that allocates a sequentially input command to one of the plurality of command storage units (22); and an output control unit (23) that controls the output of commands from the plurality of command storage units. If the input command is a dummy command inserted between commands to maintain an execution order, the command control unit (20) distributes an input command to all of the plurality of command storage units (22). The output control unit (23) suppresses the output of commands to the command execution units from command storage units (22) in which the command to be output is a dummy command, until the command to be output is a dummy command in all of the plurality of command storage units (22).
