A patient chair and cushion used in an outpatient room comprises a switch (10), a motor (20) electrically connected with the switch, and a crawler type cloth cushion (40) installed among multiple rollers (30) and partially covering the seat surface (51) of the patient chair (50). When the patients go to hospital, they can press the switch to actuate the motor to rotate, so that the crawler type cloth cushion is driven to rotate by a certain length until the high-temperature part of the crawler type cloth cushion where the previous patient sat is rotated away from the seat surface, and the low-temperature part of the crawler type cloth cushion where no patients sit before is rotated to cover the seat surface for sitting on so as to cool off the seat and reduce the virus infection probability.
