EPOXY RUBBER ASPHALT-MODIFIED COATING AND PREPARATION METHOD

An epoxy rubber asphalt-modified coating and a preparation method therefor. The epoxy rubber asphalt-modified coating consists of the following components in parts by weight: 22% of petroleum asphalt, 8% of coal tar, 8% of an epoxy resin, 2% of a natural rubber solution, 10% of talcum powder, 10% of mica powder, 5% of aluminum paste, and 35% of xylene. The epoxy rubber asphalt-modified coating is provided with waterproof, antifungal, and anticorrosive properties, improves the low temperature-induced brittleness, cracking, and heat-induced fluidity of an asphalt, increases the ductility of the asphalt, retains the water resistance and impermeability of the asphalt, and, at the same time, utilizes the epoxy resin and natural rubber to increase the adhesive strength, mechanical performance, and corrosion resistance of the coating.
