A series excitation electrical motor control system, a series excitation electrical motor and a washing machine. Within each two adjacent electrical motor operation periods, an upper machine (200) controls a first power supply switching switch (105) to alternately output a direct current to a rotational speed switching switch (103) or a rotational direction switching switch (104), so that left and right electric brushes of a series excitation electrical motor are alternately taken as a negative electrode within different electrical motor operation periods, so as to avoid the biased abrasion towards the electric brush which is taken as the negative electrode all the time and solve the problem of the uneven abrasion of the electric brush, thereby helping prolong the service life of the electric brush and reduce noise; meanwhile, the series excitation electrical motor can run at a high speed in the case of a direct current power supply; hence, when the series excitation electrical motor runs at a high speed, the efficiency of the series excitation electrical motor can be effectively improved, the starting performance of the series excitation electrical motor can be improved, and the temperature rise of a stator and a rotor of the electrical motor and the electric brush can be reduced.
