Disclosed is an artificial immunity-based bidding method for a distributed power source of a microgrid. The method comprises the following steps: a bidding unit agent processes collected information to form an artificial immune offer environment antigen; work out a solution by means of an artificial immune algorithm, so as to obtain an antibody conforming to the self-interest of the distributed power source; and decode the antibody to obtain a bidding scheme for the distributed power source. By using an artificial immune intelligent algorithm having strong information processing and self-adaptation capabilities, the present invention solves the bidding problem of new energy sources such as wind power and solar photovoltaic power under the condition of a complex operating environment and uncontrollability from a common sense. In the bidding process, uncertain problems caused by intermittent power sources are processed by means of self-adaption and defect tolerance capabilities of the artificial immunity, and the harmony of the entire microgrid MAS is improved by means of a coevolution process of the artificial immunity.
