A method and system for acquiring a relationship between a winding state and a leakage reactance parameter of a transformer, which are based on simulation software. The method comprises: establishing a simulation transformer according to the size of a real transformer; setting parameters of the simulation transformer, and setting a simulation transformer winding to be in a preset winding state; acquiring a preset number of leakage reactance parameter values of the simulation transformer in the winding state; and counting all the leakage reactance parameter values of the simulation transformer in the winding state, and obtaining a value range of the leakage reactance parameter of the simulation transformer when the simulation transformer winding is in the state, wherein the value range is used as a value range of the leakage reactance parameter of the real transformer when the real transformer winding is in the state.
