A self-deicing leaky coaxial cable and a manufacturing method therefor, which are especially suitable for solving the problem that ice hanging exists when a leaky coaxial cable is used in an icing area. The self-deicing leaky coaxial cable consists of an outer sheath (1), heating wires (2), an outer slotting conductor (3), a polyethylene foaming insulation layer (4), and an inner conductor (5) from outside to inside. A set of the heating wires are disposed between the outer cable sheath and the outer slotting conductor. A copper wire braiding layer of the heating wires is tightly attached to the outer slotting conductor. The outer slotting conductor is provided with a leaky slotted hole. The heating wires are opposite to the leaky slotted hole of the outer slotting conductor by 180 degrees. The manufacturing method for the self-deicing leaky coaxial cable comprises: 1) preparation of the inner conductor that can be a copper-clad aluminum pipe or a smooth copper pipe or an embossed copper pipe; 2) pretreatment of the inner conductor; 3) formation of the polyethylene foaming insulation layer outside the pretreated inner conductor in an extruding manner; 4) production of a copper strip of the outer slotting conductor; and 5) longitudinal wrapping of the outer conductor, heat release of the heating wires, extrusion of the outer sheath, and cooling formation through a cold water tank, thereby obtaining the self-deicing leaky coaxial cable.
