The invention relates to a turbine housing assembly, comprising a first tube-like housing part (12), in particular an outer housing of a steam turbine, and a tube-like second housing part (14), in particular an exhaust-steam housing of the steam turbine, attached to the first housing part, wherein the first housing part and the second housing part are connected to each other in such a way that the first housing part and the second housing part are oriented in an axial direction and sealed to each other, in order to form a flow path for a turbine working medium that extends through the two housing parts (12, 14) in the axial direction. According to the invention, a flexible sealing ring (30) is provided for the connection of the two housing parts, which sealing ring is fastened to a first connection flange (32) protruding from the first housing part (12) and to a second connection flange (34) protruding from the second housing part (14).
