Multi-story, attached axis+connected helical gear hydraulic engine with components multiple layer adjoint axis hydraulic engine (1) and multiple layer helical wheel integral wheel-blade hydraulic pressure turbine (15) is constituted by forming an integral body and integral axis by super positioning multiple layer adjoint axis hydraulic engine (1) and unit hydromotors, and by grounding the body and supporting in the bearings and connecting to a multiple layer single hydraulic flow channel; and by uniting multiple layer two hydraulic systems onto an integral frame that are established by positioning multiple layer helical wheel integral wheel-blade hydraulic pressure turbine (15), wheel-main blade assembly (16), and profile which is in the position of negative factor that form a reaction against this; by turning 180 degrees and by narrowing the reaction area with integral wheel-additional blade assembly (17) that has the characteristics of generating positive power at the same level, and small surface reaction breaker set assembly (18).
