An electronic system in technology for aiding physically disabled persons to access computers comprises an electronic device (100) with a magnetic key (200) and an adaptable wristband (300), the device (100) being provided with a microcontroller interconnected by electronic circuits to an assembly consisting of movement sensors and a reflectance sensor, which transmit information via bluetooth to a computer equipped with management software which receives the information, enabling the user to control various computer resources merely by moving the arms, legs or head, promoting accessibility and the inclusion of users with disabilities in digital environments.
