DOUBLE-ROADWAY COMBINED SPEEDY TUNNELLING AND WASTE ROCK REMOVAL SYSTEM AND METHOD

Disclosed is a double-roadway combined speedy tunnelling and waste rock removal system, comprising a speedy tunnelling and waste rock removal flow line constituted by a cantilever type tunnelling machine (1), a conveyor belt (2), a waste rock transfer device (3), a waste rock bin (4) and a tramcar (5). The tunnelling machine is respectively provided in a first roadway (6) and a second roadway (8), the two roadways communicate via a middle tunnelling connection roadway (7), the tunnelling machine is connected to the conveyor belt (2) via a tail bracket and transmits the cut waste rock via a scraper chain of the tunnelling machine to the conveyor belt (2), the waste rock transfer device (3) is connected to a point of the conveyor belt close to the tail in the first roadway (6) and transmits the waste rock to the second roadway (8), the waste rock in the second roadway (8), after being transmitted by the belt, directly enters the waste rock bin (4) at the upper part of the second roadway, and the waste rock is conveyed and falls into the tramcar in the transmission roadway via a pipe, and waste rock is transported to the ground for unloading through continuous waste rock loading of the tramcar (5). In addition, a method for double-roadway combined speedy tunnelling and waste rock removal is disclosed. The method uses double roadway simultaneous tunnelling and jointly and automatically removes the waste rock, the speed of waste rock removal is fast, thereby reducing auxiliary operators and effectively improving the mechanical level and efficiency of the roadway.
