The present invention relates to forceps for a buried-suture technique for double-eyelid surgery, and, more particularly, the invention comprises: a lower handle; a lower support plate which is formed extending laterally from the front end portion of the lower handle; an upper handle which is resiliently linked to the rear end portion of the lower handle; and an upper support plate which is formed extending to left and right from the front end portion of the upper handle, and in which a through hole is formed in elongated fashion to left and right, and the present invention has the advantage of making it possible to easily and rapidly create an accurate double-eyelid fold in a planned position.
