A surface-treated metal substrate material and manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising anodising the metal substrate material to form an anodised film layer on the surface of the metal substrate material, and etching the anodised metal substrate material using alkaline etching solution and acidic etching solution in turn to form etched holes. A metal-resin composite and manufacturing method thereof, said composite comprising the surface-treated metal substrate material and a resin layer (2) attached to at least part of the surface of the metal substrate, part of the resin in the resin layer extending downwards and filling the etched holes of the metal substrate material. The metal-resin composite meets the demands of applications having high stability demands.
