The invention relates to the field of monitoring the life cycle of power engineering facilities such as nuclear power plants, hydroelectric power plants, etc. A method for the dynamic scenario modeling of technical and economic indicators of the life cycle of a power engineering facility includes computing technical and economic indicators for the life cycle thereof. An automated software/hardware system for the dynamic scenario modeling of the life cycle of a power engineering facility contains at least one automated manager workstation, a first software/hardware device, a second software/hardware device, a third software/hardware device, a fourth software/hardware device, and a fifth software/hardware device, wherein the automated manager workstation is connected to the first software/hardware device, which is connected to the second, third, fourth and fifth software/hardware devices.
