A system and method for determining a self-adaptive relationship between a PC web page and a mobile web page. The method comprises: extracting at least one portion of a title field of a mobile web page to be used as a first field (S11); extracting at least one portion of a title field of a PC web page to be used as a second field (S12); on the basis of the first field and the second field, matching the mobile web page and the PC web page (S13); according to URLs respectively corresponding to the mobile web page and the PC web page which have matched successfully, generating a URL template (S14); and using the URL template to determine a self-adaptive relationship between the PC web page and the mobile web page (S15). The method can utilize fewer PC web pages and mobile web pages to accurately mine a relatively complete self-adaptive correlation between the PC web page and the mobile web page, thereby reducing the time and resources spent in the transformation process of the PC web page to the mobile web page.
