The present invention relates to a screen sharing system and a screen sharing method. The screen sharing system, according to the present invention, outputs a screen including information, which is the same as that in a display content region, so as to share the display content region with a first terminal outputting, on a first viewport, the display content region, which is a part to be outputted on the screen from an entire webpage corresponding to a predetermined address, and the screen sharing system comprises: an address information reception unit for receiving, from the first terminal, address information of the address; a location information reception unit for receiving, from the first terminal, location information for specifying a location of the display content region outputted in the first viewport from the entire web page; and a screen output unit for outputting a screen including information, which is the same as that in the display content region, on a second viewport on the basis of the address information and the location information. According to the present invention, when a plurality of terminals share a screen by using address information, the screen including substantially the same information can be shared on a real time basis even if the sizes of viewports of the terminals are different from each other, and users of the plurality of terminals can visually recognize the screen including substantially the same information and exchange opinions about the information.
