IMPROVEMENTS TO RESUSCITATION DEVICE FOR VICTIMS OF CARDIORESPIRATORY ARRESTS

The resuscitation device comprises a curved tube (3) which is inserted into the mouth and the throat of the patient, a straight segment (3b) remaining on the outside, where two one-way safety valves (4,5,7,8,10) are arranged, for preventing the return of fluid, said device (1) also including a prophylactic mouthpiece (2) used by the resuscitating person in order to blow the air, and a protective mask (20) which covers the mouth and the nose of the resuscitator, the mouthpiece (2) and mask (20) assembly being able to rotate in both directions so as to adopt different positions. The improvements are characterised in that the tube (3) is mounted on the rest of the device (1) in a pressurised detachable manner. It allows the tube to be mounted in its position of use in a very simple manner, as it only requires the pressurised coupling of the end of the tube in the corresponding housing thereof.
