A lithium battery pack charge and discharge protection board, comprising: a sampling module (4), electrically connected to a master control circuit (1) and sampling battery information data of each single lithium battery; an SMBUS communication port (5), electrically connected to the master control circuit, and performing a data communication between the master control circuit and a host computer (30) to report the battery information data to the host computer; and a Bluetooth module (6), electrically connected to the master control circuit, and performing a data communication between the master control circuit and a portable intelligent apparatus (40) to wirelessly transmit the battery information data to the portable intelligent apparatus. The lithium battery pack charge and discharge protection board can transmit the sampled battery information data to the host computer, and can transmit the same to the portable intelligent apparatus, thus facilitating a user to achieve multiple management approaches for an operation of the lithium battery pack, sharing resources of the battery information data, and facilitating big data collection of lithium battery packs and accessing Internet of things.
