A parallel current-sharing device and control method of a bus without current-sharing, for realizing direct-current output and parallel current sharing of a plurality of power conversion submodules; the device comprises a voltage control module (10) and a plurality of power conversion submodules (20), the voltage control module and the plurality of parallel-output power conversion submodules constituting an outer voltage loop; each of the power conversion submodules comprises an inner current loop, samples a current feedback signal to generate an inner current loop control signal and superimposes an outer voltage loop control signal to control an output of each of the power conversion submodules. Instead of an independent electric current bus, only one unidirectional outer control voltage loop is needed to realize the same functions as those of a conventional device and also make the design, production and debugging of a circuit of the device easier and simpler; a quick multi-machine parallel dynamic response is achieved, a ground loop current is eliminated, the anti-jamming capability of the device is improved, and the multi-module parallel current sharing of a switch power supply and a linear power supply of analog control or digital control is easily achieved.
